The floor tiles throughout the second level were imported from Italy. The bathroom tiles are coral stone from panama. The bathroom stone sinks are custom made from Mayan stone in Copan. All of the woodwork including the kitchen, doors, closets, is natural mahogany custom made. The second level comprises of two master bedrooms with ensuites and walk in closets. The third bedroom is a fully equipped gym with new modern equipment and can easily be turned into another bedroom if required. The kitchen and living area are open concept design. The house is designed so you can see the sea in every room including the bathrooms. This level has five eighteen-foot-wide sliding doors that allows the entire level to be opened catching ALL the trade winds regardless of the direction.
The third level of the house brings you a modern rustic Mayan feel. A beautiful master bedroom. Second kitchen. Half bathroom. Custom made 18 seat stone table and grill area.
